Only 125 km away from the capital city - Bucharest, Buzau is the administrative residence of the Buzau County. The 139,000 inhabitants are proud to talk about their home town. Buzau is recognized for its vineyards, old churches and beautiful natural  sites.

Located in the south-eastern part of Romania, Buzau County has almost 500,000 residents. Its neighbors are Prahova, Brasov, Covasna, Vrancea, Braila and Ialomita Counties. Due to its proximity to Prahova, Buzau is easy accessible also from the central part of the country.

Site Location and Catchment Area

The shopping center is developed on a 2.1 ha plot of land, located in the central-northern part of Buzau. The site is close to Unirii Boulevard, one of the main arteries in town and welcomes visitors on their way from or to Focsani. The access is very easy, a bus station being located right near the shopping center.

Galleria Buzau benefits from the vicinity of a crowded residential area, guarantying the premises for a high traffic within the center. Due to its neighbors, Episcopiei Park and XXL store, the location is already very well known through the entire city.
